I subscribe to both, but I think I would go with Forza. Just more variety as far as cars and articles that cater more to " average " owners. Cavallino's a bit more highbrow, allthogh I enjoy reading about historic cars and people they feature.

I enjoy both but given a choice to get only one it would be Forza.

I also do buy them both, but I don´t have the series complete yet. I must say, prefer Cavallino over Forza. I´m more interested in the older cars to begin with. However I do like the articles on the modern cars and the buyers guides in Forza. Besides that, I think it is bit of a shame when you buy a copy of Forza, of the total of let´s say 120 pages, 40 or so are ads...

I subscribed to Cavallino and FML online for their price indexes and the ads in FML when I was looking for a Ferrari. I now only have sub to Forza; it seems most user friendly for casual reader and always has a good piece on Vintage cars. I have appreciated their recent 2+2 articles.

I like both of them. I have all of the Forzas and my Cavallino collection goes back to issue 17 I think.

Forza is a nice glossy, but Cavallino is more die hard old stuff. My interest is more on the latter...

they're two completely different publications...I have both, in their entirety and they each have their place. Cavallino is the stabdard by which others are measured. It is a very much in depth magazine featuring older and new cars as well. Forza is more commercial, with tons of ads but definitely tipping the balance in favor of the newer cars.

I prefer to have both. :)

I used to have both but I have stopped Forza. First there is too many ads, then I think that the way the text is written is rather superficial, they do not go in detail enough. This is very personnal but I would rate Forza as a tifosi magazine and Cavallino as a specialist magazine.
    Up to you...

I tried to find them on line...they are not up to snuff. I had missed an issue once so I had to call them to get it. I suppose that is why they do not list an online url. That was some time ago. It could have changed

    I subscribe to both!

I strongly prefer Forza as I like to see a more varied perspective on both older AND newer Ferrari's.

Forza is not what I would call dependable regarding claiming missed issues... My first issue of the subscription never arrived and Forza did not bother to reply to my claim.

I work in publishing so I know about how customer service and claimed issues SHOULD work! Forza fails in this area....

Cavallino is great - on time and always arrives in pristine condition. I'm just not into the older Ferrari's as much.

It's a balancing act - besides, the combined subscription price is not too bad - get both, and learn a lot about all Ferrari's !

    LOL!

You think Forza is bad you should try FNA Rossa Ferrari....

I moved and despite FOUR count 'em FOUR letters, two to FNA and two to the publisher...it took ....A YEAR...for #23 to reach me.

    Missing #19 thru #22.

Of course, I only own two Ferraris....maybe if I had more I'd be seen as a steady client....LOL!

Cavallino is better. I agree on Maserati comment for Forza. Not sure who but they are obviously sucking up HARD to someone on all that......
