    Going to take my car into my repair shop tomorrow noise is horrible only after driven for awhile do they start to squeek, Ill have one of my techs lube the caliper piston to brake pad contact and I will post to see how if that worked or not.

    They are supposed to make noise. The surface of a CCB rotor is not glass smooth. It is a sport car, not a Camry.

    I would tend to agree with you if the noise is from pad to rotor contact, Most the time brake noise is from metal to metal contact on the back, I will find out tomorrow and give an honest report back.

    I have replaced the little brake pads used for the e-brake. The heat from track use makes the outer pad loose the glue and detach from the plate.

    Also, check the lubrication on the caliper springs. Check the torque on the caliper bolts to the wheel carrier.

    Mine make noise also. When I wash my car, the noise goes away for 50 miles or so. So it must just be road grime build up.

    We got the brakes serviced yesterday, Night and day, there is no noise at all now. There was quite a bit of grime on the bottom of the pads where they slide in the calipers, cleaned all componets and lubed. I am glad this took care of it, was kinda embarrassing when ever coming to a stop. If you guys have this problem worth getting it taken care of.
