CD player?

OK, dumb question of the day. I have the XR-F20 radio as OEM installed. I've been through the manual(s) and done searches here but can't find the answer to my question. "Where the @#! will I find the CD storage unit?". I turn the radio to CD and it says " loading disc", then flashes "no disc found". I don't know if the CD option is installed but can't find the unit or understand why it just doesn't say "no CD" if one is not installed. HELP!
