    Well I picked the car up from Algar yesterday(1 cracked header, 2 bad cats), went for a drive this morning and I get 2 of the same errors I got before I sent the car in for service. P0432 and P0422 which are cat codes. Any ideas why this would be happening? Seems like I'll be driving back to Algar soon.

    I am assuming the original codes were cleared??

    What kind of headers and cats did you use to replace the bad ones??

    Unfortunately, cracked headers and bad cats may only be symptomatic of a larger engine problem (e.g. burned exhaust valves or mistimed cams).

    I'd suggest a compression and leakdown (plus a timing) test when you return to Algar, just to be sure that you aren't going to be routinely burning up exhaust headers and cats (grave fire danger, by the way).
