I blew out this board when I inadvertently reversed the battery connections on my '82 Mondial 8. I am disabled so I had trouble getting down on my knees to replace the cables and screwed up! So, I guess I need a replacement one since when I insert the key into the ignition I immediately get warning lights and buzzing. I did get the engine to start up once after this happened (this happened a couple of months ago), but since then have not had any luck. When I spay engine start fluid into the intake, it does try to run, but since I am alone doing this I cannot keep sparying when I try to start it up. I am not too concerned about that since I think once I get the new board in place I can solve the engine start up issue. So, anyone know where I can get a used replacement?

Are you sure it isn't fried didoes in the alternator?

I once made this mistake with jumper cables and that was the extent of damage....although my 1976 is a simpler system..
