Do the carbon Cooling ducts 181474 and 181473 fit on the ordinary 360 modena? Anyone done this and any pics....?

Yes they fit. But to do it right need all the parts. Ferr parts has some in-stock last l checked

Yes they do fit. I’ve done this. One big drawback is it will severely limit how much you can turn your wheel. The challenge steering rack has a limited that limit on how much you can turn your wheels so you don’t crush the brake ducting. This will severely limit how you can turn and maneuver on the street. It is in my opinion it is unusable for the street this I removed mine and sold it.

The rear also fits but it requires modification to your existing fender liner which is not a big deal.

Thanks for the heads-up. I was planning on removing the hoses and lower scoops for road use, so that should be ok...

Tried fitting the left front duct but there is a clash with the bottom of the damper, before I could even the top wishbone mounted fully. Definitely can't get any lock...

Am I missing something? Is there a restriction on how far the suspension can droop with the ducts in place?

this probably relates to the entry above by Andrie where the 360CH steering rack is needed to shorten the lock to lock limit.

The 360CH also had non-active dampers, don't know if those were dimensionally smaller/shorter where the duct is but that might also be another thing.

Yes. I forgot to mention the stock shock has very high droop travel. Not the case with the race car. I built a droop limiter for this instance. But in the end all the effort is not worth it.

Are you saying that on the track, they don't add significantly to the cooling of the brakes?

Oh yes they do. But it essentially makes the car track only car. I love tracking as the next guy but I wasn’t ready to make my car track only. If I want a track only car I would just buy challenge cars.
In the end I opted for big brake and uses temp strip to monitor the temperature. If you use a good caliper the thermal efficiency is very good and for most cases brake ducts can be avoided. The only time I hit over 400F caliper temp is on heavy braking track. And I think I can reduce this by using street Porsche GT3 type air deflectors.
