Its a genuine F355 Challenge, not street legal and converted a little bit to a GT car ( quick fuel system ). Good car and track day machine.
Some of the F355 Challenge cars were street legal, because the driver have used the cars to get to the track and back. The cars that were street legal 1995/1996 during that period can get street legality now in Europe. This car was never street legal. No chance to get this car on the European streets now ! Street legal F355 Challenge with race history and victories are the most wanted cars in Europe and the most expensive cars ! Hope that helps (sorry for my englisch ) Andi
Look at this 1991 Carrera Cup Car, asking is 354.000$ https://www.classicdriver.com/de/car/porsche/911-964-cup/1991/353129 So why should a 348 or 355 Challenge be only 100$? Similar Series, some of the Porsches are also Street Legal and so on... For me the CH Ferraris are still way to cheap, only my thinking. Image Unavailable, Please Login
+1 That is the exact car that inspired me to buy my Challenge car. I was a friend's warehouse and looking at his extensive 911 collection and he showed his 964 Carrera Cup cars. I thought that the Ferrari version would be super special.
Any street legal race car is just very sexy. No other style of car appeals to me except maybe a spider for daily driving here in SoCal The top down makes it very easy to get in and out at my old age LOL
I had a Porsche Cup car along with my Challenge. Cup is sold but still have 355 Ch. Totally agree with your analogy.
My buyer for my 94' 348 Challenge (Factory Car) could not come up with all the funding! Anyone who is seriously interested in this car let me know. [email protected]
Ton of pics in FerrariAds section! http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/510289-1994-ferrari-348-challenge-1-32-factory-race-cars.html
I thought you hated 348 Challenge cars. In your words, nobody cares about 348CH cars, both here and in Europe even though everyone else's experience says the opposite. But now you say it's beautiful and that John should have no problem finding a buyer.
