Looking good, John...! Jeff's car is seriously loud. Last time I heard it, it was drowning out all of the other cars on the track.

Seriously, you must be near deaf from that wicked 355...sounds like a demon. I remember this from Sebring in I think 2005. Also, I am currious, is the 355 faster than the 360? I know it is very heavily modified.

Jeffs car is really an equal to what would be a 355 GT. we were running about the same lap times. Hard to say what would happen in the hands of two pros. My thought is Jeff's car is faster than the 360 CH but the 360 is much easier to drive. Jeff's a great driver so he is very fast in this car.

I've been running my car through Speedworks in Florida. Been to Daytona twice, and the Palm Beach Raceway (new Moroso), in the last 6 weeks.

Speedworks (9 challenge car customers) is teaming up with Independent Ferrari Service in New York (6-8 challenge customers), and discussing coordinating events.
Both teams are interested in getting together and staging a race for 348-360 Challenge cars. The first race may take place on April 17th. in conjunction with the Celebration Exotic car festival.

    John,
Your 360 looks really good with the new paint scheme!
I also heard about a car like yours mowing the infield...
Sorry I couldn't be at the event but hope to see you soon.
    Happy Holidays!

    Dear Greg,

John is a very good friend of mine.... the day glow stripe is so you can see him when he is spinning(a regular occurance).... it gives you plenty of warning... you should really be thanking him.

The stripe is actually red. Pictures are distorted.

Jarome, As for mowing the grass. Yes thats true. The grass was very high at turn 4-5, it is very distracting, a real eye sore. So, it occurred to me that I had this new sharp carbon fiber splitter that would perfectly mow the lawn. I hit it at 120 and the grass was as smooth as glass.

I have to say that no one at the entire event even came and thanked me. They accused me of making a mistake and going off track. I do a good deed and thats the thanks I get.

At least my team manager Bill undertsood my good intentions and went out between sessions and got me a christmas ornamment to hang from my mirror.

And Chris, I wouldnt throw stones:

Last time I saw you race your Blue and White Ferrari, it was spinning so fast it looked like a BMW symbol. Sort of appropriate since you let a BMW pass you?

I suppose the difference is that the red and silver one spins while "lapping" .... the blue and white spins while "competing"... correct me if I am wrong but, as I recall you were spinning during an Audi "touring" event(under no pressure...please tell me an A4 wasnt pressuring you!?)....My spinning for Friday(brunette) and Saturday night(blonde)...

I have nothing to say. I admit I've been cleanly passed by Christopher.
