Hello everyone, We just recently got these pictures from Germany and wanted to share them with the FChat community. The two pictures are of a Ferrari Challenge Stradale equipped with Imola Racing GT-EVO front bumper and rear dry carbon spoiler. Also, check out the latest issue of Modified Luxury & Exotics as the Imola Racing F360 GT-EVO is featured. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The track is Zhuhai in China. The driver is Philip Ma. He's practising for the Asia Supercar Challenge: http://www.supercarclub.com
Hey Tony... I went by that track while looking at houses for sale with my business partner. Do they have some cool events there?
Yeah, it's getting more and more booked up by supercars and formula cars. The Shanghai F1 GP has done a lot to boost motorsports in China and Zhuhai was the first major circuit here. We've got a Lotus Elise race there in May. There are quite a lot of Supercar club events too.
I Just got back from Racing 2x 360C (for Shen/Tjia) against Philip Ma at the Asia GT challenge in Shanghai. Philips car has about 30 BHP more and allowed 30kg less than Asia GT spec 360C, and he was a little bit faster, but it was very close in best lap time. Interesting series... as they run on road tyres. Philip's car was nicely prepared, but running on 18" 360C wheels cuts it REALLY close on the brake calipers... even with the 15mm spacers he was using.... Hope to come back again for Zhuhai round... wait and see....
I agree, get a challenge car if you want a track car to modify, the CS is special and should be kept as original as possible.
we have that bumper and we just sold the wing today, in stock. these are from the gt series and approved by ferrari for the races. They have also been proven to take 3-5 seconds off the lap times. if interested email me [email protected]
seems everyone in this thread isnt feeling how they modified a CS, yet in other threads by udalmia and hubert where they talk about modding their CS's, everyone is all for it
I'm of the opinion that the CS lines are aggressive as it is and any MAJOR exterior modifications (powdercoating the wheels is not major imo) is only taking away from the car. Hubert's is a 360 btw and I think looks MUCH MUCH better with the Imola Kit on it.
Maybe I should point out this is not a road registered car. The one in the photo is purely for racing and the kit is to help with aerodynamics and cooling. As was said, it's lapping faster than the Challenge. He has not put a body kit on for looks or bling factor. Just thought you should all know...
im still for the idea of putting an Imola GT-evo bodykit on a CS. im a little biased, but i think this kit is the sickest kit for any 360 (and way better than stock)
