Have recently fitted a challenge wing and I’m unsure which way round the winglets should be fitted. The winglets have a curve, should this curver inwards or outwards? Couple of photos for reference. Yes, Chris, as Vern posted above. The lower portion of the end piece flares outward. Here's another view; on my car... Image Unavailable, Please Login Proper wing installation also includes deck bracing and Dzus fasteners as seen in my picture. Barry
Agree with above; if you do not have the bracing that goes with that wing I would be very careful of higher speeds. That engine lid is aluminum and was not designed to have that wing on it without the bracing.
Have the braces on the under side of the engine lid. Agree they’re require due to the forces the wing outs on the aluminium engine lid.
