Change Back Bank of Plugs on 328

    I found that the plugs I was using had a very small connector on the top which didn't hold in the rubber boot inside the socket I was using to unscrew them. You couldn't get the old ones out, and the new ones would just drop out of the socket before you could get them started in the thread.

    Removing the old plugs was easy with a bendy grabber and I had a neat simple little way of getting the new plugs started before tightening them up.

    A length of rubber tube with internal diameter the same as that of the plug connector. I used a small cable tie to just pinch the tube to a very snug fit.
    It was very easy to get the plug started in the thread and you just pull the tube off afterwards and tighten with the socket and ratchet.

    I sometime use the hose approach but you don't need the wire tie. Just slip the hose over the ceramic end of the plug and it will pull off without a problem.
