I thought Stephano had a great personality. Was very friendly to me. He resolved a big issue with my car purchase.

I thought Arun was the dud. He could give a **** about me or my issue and showed me that.

I loved Ray and he is the reason I bought a Ferrari. He and Gabriel Vargas. They treated me like I was a billion dollar customer. Spent a lot of time with me and made me feel special.

I did write to Stephano telling him that the parts department was charging over list price (way over) for parts. I told him this seemed like gouging. Willing to pay list price as I just ordered from Boardwalk Ferrari, paid list + 7 bucks in shipping. I never got a response.

I agree with you on Arun, he was horrible. I love the dealership and will always buy cars here, but Stefano has a very pretentious demeanor . I've met several GMs at other stores and in different states, and unfortunately, Stefano ranks among the worst I've encountered.

I wish Boardwalk Ferrari was in S Cal. They are really good to me and their prices are fair and don't stress me out like Newport. I am not "baller" like a lot of these F Car owners. But I do decent in life
