Changes at FOD?

Both are gone. I've heard lots of rumors as to the goings on behind the scenes, but I don't the truth.

Good to hear Derek, and we met Mark (and his wife) last night at dinner, as they were seated next to us.

 

Well, then, why don't YOU clue the rest of us in?????? Or, perhaps, give us a timeframe for
when 'The Truth Will Be Known'.

 

I was getting curious as to when we would know something... Facebook hints here and there... So what is the situation? Anyone here who can spill the beans yet? I don't want to be going anywhere else with my Maserati so hopefully my shop guys are going to remain the same as well as the faces up front. Derek, glad to hear you are there, John Y I am sure is still there too which is great!

 

Our website mentions the changes that we have gone through recently...there is nothing to hide. Mike Parmakian and Bill Orth are no longer with FoD, Mark Dismuke is our new General Manager, I am now the Ferrari and Maserati Sales Manager and Bill Stewart has pulled a Brett Favre!

BTW, nothing has changed in our garage so you can expect the same high level of service on your automobile(s)

is that Mark Dismuke who grew up in Grand County Colorado by chance? BTW, I didn't think there was anything to hide, but any company get's things in order before announcements are made... I am glad you are there and if it is the Mark Dismuke that I grew up with, tell him Mark Stephens says hello.

 

I was not the one that posted this thread so it was never FoD's intentions (nor mine) to hide any changes that have recently been made, I was merely answering AMA328. As for Mark Dismuke, I'm not sure where he grew up but I'll ask and pass along your sentiments.

I hope to stop by sometime in the next few weeks to say hi and see the inventory.

Actually, I saw on Facebook. Who would've known the day would come when I could say I was browsing Ferrari of Denver updates on Facebook?! With the girlfriend coming to visit, I'll be showing her around, so we'll try to stop in sometime this week.

Thx for the update Derek, and congrats. Wasn't trying to prod (too much, at least ), just wondering out loud...

Had it in mind if the $$$ work out to check out the people/situation there at FOD. Have been by a few times, but not recently, and never really chatted it up with anyone. Anyway, that's still in the plan(timeframe not there yet), just appears it will be different people to meet.

 

For what it's worth, I just bought my first Ferrari from FOD, and interacted with the new team... it was the most pleasant, informed, and [of course] exciting car buying experience I have ever had. Mark and Derek's organization is top notch. In fact, it was how well they treated me/my wife, the access they gave me to the "pit crew" in the technical shop, and the total absence of "where's your check book" attitude that made me decide to buy local instead of buying for several $$$$$ less out of state.

Hat's off to Mr. Stewart for making some great hiring and promotion decisions!

Same experience I had with Derek.

Can somebody spill the beans and telll me what is sitting on the showroom floor? It's been referenced a few times and I doubt it's the '73 Impala I traded it.

 

Not 100% sure but it's probably the 430 Challenge car. It's advertised on their web site.
