I've got the Brembo upgrades. Can someone give me a step by step instruction on changing these disc? FOW said the nuts (ten total) should be torqued at 4 , very light, and are a 4mm allen(?) Floating disc Challenge upgrade. I think changing these myself might be entertaining, as I never do this sort of thing, but I'm guessing it's straight forward? Thanks.

By the way, I've seen all the discussion of late about 348 brake upgrades. Ferrari of Washington has some left over challenge parts to do this. My calipers are hugh, not the typical Brembo, but a mix of racing equipment. I love the stopping ability. On the street you have to be more careful not to cause someone to run into the back of you.

I'm not sure I understand the question. You already have the challenge brake package and want to just replace the discs with new ones correct? or you want to add/replace the whole package? I have a 355C with the brembo challenge brakes so I can help in either case let me know which of my questions you need answered. Regards, Vern

348C brakes were basically stock. Calipers and rotors were not allowed to be changes from stock. Upgraded pads and lines were only modification allowed.

That's why I was asking the question. I assummed this must be a question about a modifacation to the larger 355C brake package. Regards, Vern

Sorry for the unclear request. There were upgraded after the series. I'll try to post pics. FOW is sending me the corect roters, as they did the upgrade. and I just need to change the roter. They are not the orginal challenge brakes. So, any tips on changing roters?

Changing Disks are easy enough, but the caliper will have to be removed first but not disconected from the fluid pipes. BUT by the sounds of your question, i dont think you may have changed disks before. So my advice to you is to get some one who has done this before to show you how its done. Like i said its a very easy job to do and some of us could give you a know how, but buy you asking the question on how to change disks, i think could be dangerous if anything went wrong. Its not like changing a spark plug.
