Does anyone have a write up for this? A quick search showed nothing.
Are you talking of changing bulbs? Jack up the car, remove small panel under side of car directly below the fog light. The fog light is held on by 3 nuts. Remove wire connector. Remove tthe nuts and pull the fog light assembly out. Reverse to install.
changing the housing... i jacked the car up and figured it out. now im stuck. since disonnecting the bulb, the lights aren't working now! (neither one) back to the garage.
Make sure that the blades of the connectors are really pushed in firmly. Why are you chaning the housing?
I cracked the glass some how. Didn't even realize it until I went for a sticker and the mechanic pointed it out. Anyways, about the fog lights, i I did some searching and found out on some Euro models, they aren't fogs lights. They are "get out of the way" lights that only work when the headlights are down, and and you flash the high beams. If this is the case, then they ARE working properly. I always assumed they went on when the light switch was in the first position.
