I have a 360 which was imported from the UK to Australia The previous owner changed over the speedometer to read kilometres but did not actually reset it to read true, so my odometer still registers in miles The question is...how easy or hard is it to change the odometer to kilometres? Is it a simple ECU reset or does the instrument cluster need to come out again? Thanks
I believe that the odometer reading is stored in an electronic module (not sure if it's the ECU) and I would think that to stop people from 'winding' it back it would be locked. Now if you change the instrument I'm not sure if it translates the reading or not. Alan
