Rumors circulation around that they are in trouble. Big trouble.
Filed Chapter 11 (reorganization) earlier this month. Assets under $10 million, debts over $10 mill. If you have a car(s) there on consignment...I'd get them out of there ASAP!

At the risk of incurring a P&R finger wag... "The Republican ex-congressman, who represented a Palm Beach to Fort Pierce district for five terms before he resigned his seat after sexting with underage male congressional pages," Isn't that behavior now known as "Pulling a Weiner?" Sorry! I couldn't resist.
It figures Foley doesn't know the difference between a pyramid scheme and out right fraud. Perhaps the Florida DSMV could give him an idea about the difference. Typical clueless politician. Having seen this before with the Cars Internationale debacle when Danny Swann was intimidating unsuspecting consignment customers into signing their titles. He would then take the titles to the DMV and put them in his name and sell the cars and not pay the customers what was owed. He got off completely unscathed, while his family's business went under and dozens of customers got screwed. Pity his drug and gambling habits encroached on the family business which had been there 40+ years. Warning, if a dealer ever asks for the original version of a title in a consignment situation, do not give it to them. A scanned copy will suffice until the time the car is sold. BHW
