CHASSIS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 348TB AND 348GTB/SPIDER?

Thread bump time. New info! 355’s equipped with Fiorano Handling came with the early the early 348 “flat” fork #177707. FHP cars are setup to be 8-15mm lower than standard 355’s on avg.


This is verified as we found straight forks on all FHP 355’s.

Thoughts?

Why was this change made for the higher performance fiorano handling package on the 355?

 

Anyone with early 348 forks willing to trade for 355 forks?

 

The notes at the end of that document you posted say "given the reduced ground clearance" so was it to reduce the ground clearance???

I'd be tempted to search eBay/breakers if you want them as they are very expensive from Maranello

 

No kidding.


The FHP setup recommends a lower 355 ride height etc.. but the forks themselves do not create a lower ride height. They create a lower roll center vs standard.
