I think it's worth it just to drag it home and keep in in case - God forbid - someone runs into your good one and you need the body panels or windshield.

Well, there are more photos in the ad now as well as more information.
Truly very sad to see another 308 fall away.
There really isn't a prospective buyer for this one.
It will never be a nice 308 again for someone who wants to go that route.
There are just not enough good parts left to it to make it a good parts car for someone interested in that.
Finally the person looking for a chassis base to start a replica or kit car would never pay that price.

 

Good luck to him on that!!
Certainly a dreamer......any money, parts and time invested into that will not be recouped.
