    Got stuck in a long traffic jam. Temps were a little over normal. Now, Both CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS came on. The center of the dash and the smaller yellow check light, both on. Car ran fine and still does. I check the usual, gas cap etc. Turned off battery switch, did remove battery cable.
    I've searched the forum on how to clear the lights, no luck.

    You need an OBD-II code reader to read/clear them. Plenty of them available for under $50.

    All fixed. The OBD cleared the code.
