A fellow in my town has an 05 Superamerica with the automatic. He has a check engine light on so we hooked up an OBD2 with the correct patch cable and the system says there is no light on and shows no Codes. What are we missing?
    Thanks for the help.

If there are no codes maybe there is no problem.

Maybe you have a faulty sensor.

I would also slowly remove the gas cap to sense it's degree of tightness

Maybe since last fueling he did not have it fully tight!

This is a common Ferrari code sender.

I have seen that before. Usually an SD will show an error. It needs to be hooked up to the real tool, or you can try to erase it and see if it comes back.
