    that manages to be impressive and cheesy at the same time. MTI has done a few other car-themed boats...batmobile, Speed Racer, and one based on a Mercedes SLR or something like that.

    price im guesssing is around 1mil. typical white gelcoat MTI's, that are brand new, with minimal electronics merc 875's runs about 700K. im guessing the electronic upgrades, engines upgrades, and of course the custom theme put this at the mil mark, maybe a little over given that the bat boat sold for 1.2 and its paint job took nearly 2000 man hours (it is the most impressive paint i've ever seen).

    ...and so much slower. But the sound would be nice, since boats usually are running at the top rev range all the time.

    Why on Earth have they stuck stickers of fake bits of Ferraris everywhere?

    They could have done soooooo much better.

    true i am not that big of a fan of the ferrari bits, but they arent stickers. thats why i give the boat so much credit, that is all hand painted/airbrushed, just like the batboat. the painters' skills at TAOD and others are amazing. for more sick designs on boats check out the TAOD (the art of design) dot com. they are amazing

    with those 1200's and a 1/3 full tank of gas. it ought to run about 140-150MPH on calm water. Stick a pair of sterling performance engines in it (like 1300's or more likely the 1550's) and then your talking over 160 close to 170.
