Hi Group, Has anyone had any good experiences with Chemical Guys customer service UK? I have purchased a lot from them and really like their products as they perform really well (very impressed actually). However a simple error was made (by Chemical Guys) and it is so difficult to get what should be a simple issue resolved. From the service I have received, I am questioning if I want to stay with the brand. The problem is not that an issue has arisen but more so, how it has been resolved- or not. Has anyone else had similar customer service issues?
I ordered a wash bucket & dolly from them that was supposed to come with decals. No decals came with the bucket. I called the company and they send me a bunch of additional decals at no charge and it was not an issue. I'm with you - they are one of my favorite companies that make detailing products. I also like Poorboys' products as well.
Used their leather cleaner and conditioner on my seats and it faded the leather. It appears to have dried it out. Sent them an email for suggestions to remedy the problem and they never responded back. Not very impressed with their customer service. I've used some other products from them and have had good results.
