    I remember when Lake Forest Sportscars had F1 viewing party's all the time. Porsche doesn't have a F1 team, and they put one on.

    I think it’s a factory mandate; in order to maintain/elevate brand exclusivity, I’ve heard they’re restricting dealership access unless it’s some sanctioned VIP event, etc Prob why Continental cancelled the art & literature expo.

    Yeah, we were there with the 308 (somehow I managed not to take any pics of my own car:)). Got slotted behind a 512TR half the day, and discovered it's my perfect pace car; too fast for me to run into under "spirited" driving, but not fast enough to completely lose me over the next hill. The same is true of the TR relative to the modern supercars, so for once, we were kept reeled in "with the peloton," so to speak. More fun than previous years, where we've been dropped early on and gotten lost in the countyside.

    I loved the original Miller Motorcars Ferrari dealership. It was strikingly similar to Lake Forest Sportscars old location on Northwestern Ave.

    But nostalgia means nothing in today's iPhone, X-Box, virtual reality, crypto currency marketplace.
