Now the question, is the sportscar/supercar scene bigger in the Northern or Western suburbs? I used to believe the Northern but a couple of weeks ago I stumbled into Hinsdale on the way to a day hike, and was surprised to see how big the Continental Ferrari store is.
I finally put the Webers back on the 308 and got it synced up late last night. It made the hour journey to Lake Forest without a hiccup. However I damn dear died from the heat. It was HOT. Guess I'll fix the AC next. Good variety of cars though.

That A310 is nice. Must be the same one that was up at Fuelfed Lake Forest last summer. Boy are 911's rare. Hardly see them
FuelFed Coffee and Classics Winnetka An outstanding Fuelfed coffee and classics event today in downtown Winnetka. An easy 250+ euro classics, moderns, and classic euro motorcycles showed up. Even a 20s or 30s (not sure of the year) Bugatti race car. Another great event by Fuelfed living up to their commitment to members offering much more than manufactures clubs can provide. I'll post some pictures later today. Dave
FuelFed Coffee and Classics Winnetka Heres some of my photos from todays event. I need to go back to using my digital camera. Still can't find any more information on this, just like last year when it was posted last minute. Only cars I would like to see are the 1975 Ford RS3100 Capri "Cologne" and the Alfa Romeo 1971 T33/3 headlight version. Plus several F1 cars and a lot of Lemans GT cars including several factory Corvettes (C6R and C7R). A tent full of Ferrari's again would be great It is great to see they are still running the pre war car categories. Cool to watch those antiques on the track so we can see how it was done 110 years ago.
Today I ventured out to Lisle to hit a Cold Brew Cars and Coffee. Weather was bad to start bad to start the day but it cleared and cars kept coming. Super friendly folks who love talking cars. Lots of P cars, a surprising number of Audi R8s including an alpha upgraded one. Here is a picture of the CF wheels on it. There was a nice 458 coupe and a 430 spider. As I was leaving a white SF90 spider with a silver hammerhead and red accent rolled in. Olsen Motorsporsports came with a booth and multple folks. A bunch of guys on the Ace Spade rally appeared mostly with McLarens. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Did anyone get a pic of that Azzurro California (I think) 296 GTB at Festa Ferrari today? I was too damn hot to take pictures, and it was particularly striking for that model!
