    Is it going to rain during the Ferrari on Fulton? Really? As if Illinois was not an awful state already, now Spring and Summer are inexistent..

    It is mostly brand new buildings mixed with older buildings and warehouses. That's right in the area that used to be the best place to see old Ferrari's, the Como Inn .
