Argghhh! I was ready to say that I'd be happy to help run pit out or drive for someone, but I'm away.

 

So what's the deal? Is it only Ferrari Club members and Ferrari's that are gonna be on the track J.?

Sorry to butt in - no, it's not only Ferrari Club members at the track. Last year, there were several Ferraris, Porsches, Audis and a many others. The event is held rain or shine. PM me your email and I'll forward the email I have received regarding the event.

I'm definitely going - last year, I had several rides including a spin in Paul's 348 Challenge, a 355, a 360 and a Porsche GT3.

I can say with certainty that it was one of the most fun days I've ever had, plus it helped support a very good cause. What could be better.

I wish I could make it to Mosport but I can't... take lots of pictures guys!

 

I have a slow leak in bottom of RH gas tank so I am out of commission for a week or two.
I don't want to join the 'been in a Ferrari on fire' club.

Hello to all. Yesterday was a great day for the Children's Wish Foundation and for all those who attended. From a personal standpoint, I had an amazing time meeting up with all of you and getting some seat time in several cars including Rob's (Nuvolari) pristine 308, a 355 Challenge car, silver 360 (the owner who is lurking on this site - great to meet you George - you are more than welcome to join the rest of us at any our meets!), Cayenne, CLS500.

I will have pictures up either later tonight or tomorrow since I'm having the weekend's event pictures & videos (including Saturday's meet) burned to CD tonight.

Can anybody host the videos I shot?

Rob - thanks once again for your generous offer - I will most definitely take you up on it at a later date!

What a day,, even though the wind was crazy,, it was better than rain. This was my first time to the event,, missed last year. A friend at work was involved and told me to come out. Was worth it for sure.
Rides were $20,, how can you beat that?
My first ride (1/2 hr wait) was the best. I picked the yellow 360 with paddle shift. I'm not sure who my driver was but he was a driver in the Grand Am stuff. Did two laps but then we were coming up on a silver 355 challange car. We had bragging rights at stake so we took off after him. Had 3 Ferraris buched up at corner 5 with us last,, we tucked up behind and drafted then made the pass on the inside at 7. He had the window down so the sound of the other car was awesome. Anyhow that was my big ride.
The second was in a Porsche GT3,, awesome car but I didn't get the same feel as the Ferrari had,, I'm sure you all know what I mean?

All in all a great day the kids had a blast, can't wait till next year.

Normand is a fine driver and can really hussle that 360. The funny thing was that he later parked his 360 and drove his SL55 Merc. He could not give rides away in that thing so he went back to the Ferrari.
