For our sake--i certainly hope not! I remember a while back during Massa's testing in the wet they claim to have solved the car's wet weather performance issues---but i'd be surprised if they had the pace to mach the Mclaren in the wet. LH has been extremely fast in the rain this year...i'm praying for dry weather!

Great job by Hamilton and McLaren to show all the critics who is fastest after all.

Also loved the comment by Hobbs: "Kubica is the much better racer than Massa."

BTW: Did anybody watch the Fuji debriefing: The Speed commentators found the penalties on Hamilton and Bourdais laughable. The only penalty they agreed with was the one for Massa. They did clearly see the manipulation the FIA is doing and weren't shy to mention it.

His track record says otherwise. I'm not sure Hami has proved that he won't choke at season's end when the WDC is on the line. Last year, he screwed the pooch and last week he repeated his choke under pressure. The ring of truth in your statement maybe RD's foot squarely on Hami's throat in an attempt to see if his boy can grasp an understanding of what it takes to be a WDC.

Watched it last night, other than the Massa fans anyone can see the manipulation of the championship this year by the FIA. They should be ashamed of themselves. To change results constantly favoring one driver over the good of the sport. I don't understand why Mercedes doesn't do anything about it.

i actually think it's gonna be a dry race. i'm hoping for a few things here :

    1) dry race
    2) Kimi gets the jump on Hammi, if possible, Massa gets the jump on both of them. taking into account Massa is one of the best starter this season, i think this can happen.
    3) Kimi can hold up Hammi, altho Kimi hasn't been able to hold Hammi much this year, has he?

so, i think it's still a gamble. for some reason, i won't be surprise if Alonso will be a spoiler in this race.

In the light of the last GP, we might even see Hamilton take out Kimi... was pretty close last week!

Honestly Flo, i'm really hoping for a clean race. i'm just tired of so much controversy since Spa. the last thing we need is a drive thru or something like that later this afternoon.
