For relatively the same $$ either could be had. Which one would you guys pick? NNO and I are on the phone and can't decide...
Not that I speak from any experience but my choice would be the 333SP. I imagine that it would be the more visceral of the two cars. I also really like the look of the 333. Best of luck on your decision!
It's a little harder for me compared to the other replies. I like the 333SP in that you probably have a more visceral experience, but I think the upkeep would be A LOT more than the 575 (just a guess). If I could get that 575GTC road legal in FL, which I think could slip by with some work, I would take it over the 333SP.
I'd take the 575GTC, as it follows the classic front engine V12 Ferrari GT racer blueprint. For me, it's the modern incarnation of the classic 50s and 60s Ferrari GT racers that made me fall in love with Ferrari in the first place. Just my 2 cents.
The 333SP is several hundred kilos lighter than the 575, and much, much faster. The handling is twitchier and more unforgiving... similar to that of an open-wheel car. It's the closest thing you can get to an F1 Ferrari without going to Italy and buying one from Corse Clienti. See.......buy the 33SP from Sheehan and beg, plead and pay Didier Theys (he has a home here in the valley) to teach me how to drive 60% as fast as he was...........waaaaaaaa!
575, you could do track days on your own as opposed to needing a couple of crew to run the 333... <grin> -Peter
The 333 would be a greater car...........but requires all of your friends and a computer guru to make it work. I'd still like one though.
