Well we are back from Miami/Homestead from the Continental Historics Racing Association's Miami Historics. Mark McKenzie represented us Texans VERY well in his 355 Challenge. Check out the Florida Regional Areas for more news and photos, but here's a few... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That has to be one of my favorite Ferraris. That 333 is awesome, I would have loved to hear that thing going around the track... no other Ferrari make that wonderful sound quite like the 333. Seeing that makes me want to break out the 348 Challenge and play next year. By the way, that 355 looks good under that awning Dave...maybe it's time to get PK to buy something other than a beatle? Yeah... Moorespeed has a killer set up, anyone want to go racing next year? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thx guys. Wes, they have a class for your 348 challenge. They also signed Pirelli on as sponsor and supplier for the series next year. All competitors are to receive a special discount on their tires for the challenge series. It's up to us to spread the word. It was great to see a number of Ferrari's really racing....including the 333. PK owned a TR and a 308........he would go for a 333 if the price was right, but they are damn expensive right now. One just sold out of Michigan for $795k with no spares (ex Doran car) In Europe I heard of $1.5 euro not being uncommon?????????? That's right up there with the Group C Jags. But they made a whole lot more 333SPs than Group C jags....(35 or so to 5 or so). You can buy a killer 962C in the mid 3's to low 4's with spares.
