Christmas Gift Idea Thread, for the people on your list who have everything

What do you give the person who has everything? Their house is filled with all kinds of stuff already, they may or may not have a hobby, and if they do, they probably have everything anyone could want for that hobby already, they have interests but have most everything related to that interest already...

I have a few people like this on my list. I got some Cakebread Chardonnay (~$30/bottle) because many of them like it but hate to spend that much for a bottle of good wine, and Amazon gift cards. All I've got is following on the theme of "get them something that they wouldn't otherwise get for themselves" but that has backfired in the past. My parents probably still have the gift certificate I got them for a fancy-shmancy movie theater nearby.
