Who else out there in 'Cyber Space' are attending this bash? I know a few people going + myself + 1 are also.
I was planning to go but another event has come up with clashes and i can't get out of the latter. Have fun those who go

Its at the Embassy restaurant just off Regent Street/Picadilly. The restaurant has a basement club where pre-drinks will be held, then take over the whole of top floor for Turkey Dinner. Last year the majority then reverted to bar and then back to club. By that time we all believed we were John Travolta and hit the cocktails whenever we felt the need for helpful vitamins and ginseng!! I think I got home about 4.30 am. The pre-drink, meal, a 0.5 bottle of wine, 0.5 bottle of sparkling water, coffee all comes in at £85 per head. The after dinner refreshemnt was extra but by then the merry season had truly started and we won't care.
Kent FOC have got hteir Christmas bash at Brands Hatch on the same night as London's, as this is nearer for me to crawl home and is always a good night i shall be going to this one. Also it is Peter and Sally's last ball as FOC area organisers and i think they deserve all the local area members support
Wing-Commander P, The Memsahib and I are otherwise engaged on that date this year (uncle over from LA for a month hence a gathering of 65 of the closest cousins, uncles & aunts, etc. up at Ickenham that Saturday evening). I will not be sending a proxy telephone bidder on behalf of my wallet either, I'm afraid, so Squadron-Leader G, any other present 'escapees' and yourself will have to keep the 'British end up' - so to speak....
