I love my F12. There are so many reasons, sound, sight, steering, braking, elegance, trunk space, speed. Just one thing bothers me. The wheels. I have the stock light gray wheels with thick spokes. My F12 is Nero Daytona. I'm thinking that a set wheels like the pictured set finished in chrome would really dress out the black car. Yet I've never seen an F12 with chrome rims. Is it because I'm a pimp in the subconscious part of my brain and normal owners eschew chrome?

What do you guys think about this style but chromed? Any vendors out there that sell them?

While I for one do like shiny wheels, I'm not so much a fan of chrome. I'd rather have them polished to a mirror finish. Aluminium can be incredibly reflective, more than chrome in fact. There is a reason why the most sensitive mirrors in the world are made using an aluminium coating. Then clearcoat it, and you have a set of mirror finish wheel that'll be possible to keep looking nice. I've had chrome wheels, and they are a pain to keep nice imo. So is polished wheels without a clearcoat. Also, with a clear, you can give the wheels exactly the glow you want. To me, chrome on new cars have always seemed out of place and a bit well, "Cadillac Escalade" if that makes any sense. Finely polished metals have a sense of quality about them imo.

Good luck with what ever you choose. That wheel will look nice with some kind of mirror finish on a black car.

I think that wheel in the pic in that color is perfect... not a fan of chrome. Maybe a shadow chrome or diamond finish.

If you can get it, ball polished would be stunning.
