Thanks. It was pretty difficult. I appreciate it. Nonetheless, after a while, the car helped to ease the pain.

Thank you for the update, and condolences to his family and all those related in some way. From your description he seems like a young individual - I hope that whatever happened wasn't overly tragic.

    My condolences. :(

What were the circumstances of the accident?

Also, this reminds me of the Oakley guy who was driving a Modena, lost control after a tunnel, hit a pole and exploded... how is he doing? Anyone know?

He owned a restaurant. He was driving home on Easter Sunday evening after a long day. He was driving a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. There were no other cars involved. No one knows why he swerved and flipped. Something made him swerve. You know those cars, they are not very stable if you have to pull the wheel hard to avoid something. Anyway, he was not wearing his seatbelt and he was thrown from the Jeep. The hardtop was ripped off. It was a horrible scene. We know that something caused him to swerve and lose control but that's it. It's a mystery, he was an excellent driver. We graduated Skip Barber Racing School in Laguna Seca together. He was very compedent behind the wheel. I just can't imagine what happened. Anyway. Thanks to everybody for their warm wishes.

This is very sad...I dont recall ever talking to him or remembering his posts, but like others have said, he sounds like a great guy. It is always very heartfelt when a community like this looses a member.

    Rest in Peace.

This is horrible. He sounds like the absolute picture perfect example of a nice, caring, loving man, husband, friend, and tifosi. It's a true shame we on the board never got to know him better because now we never will.

Anthony, Sorry I'm so late in saying goodbye, and sorry I never even got to say hello.
    Chris.
