Man I have really not been taking advantage of the epically nice weather we've been enjoying up here in the Northwest. A string of probably close to a month of ~80 degree weather with just a short few days break in the middle. I will get out there tonight and light one up though!! And probably at least a few over the weekend! :)

I will give a full report on Monday but right now I am sipping one of my favorite beers, Northwest Brewing Hoppy ***** IPA and am about 1/3 of the way through an Opus X Lost City. I don't think I've ever really relaxed and enjoyed one of these. I usually save them up for golfing. Have never been awed by one before but this one has been sitting in the humidor for a year or better and is pretty damned amazing. I still think a good Padron anniversary can beat it hands down dollar for dollar. But I am enjoying the hell out of it!! More to follow on Monday!!

Well my Monday report ends up having nothing more than the Opus X on Friday night to report. Ended up going out Saturday night and feeling lousy and sleeping most of yesterday away. Still great weather here though so will try to fit some in this week!!

One at a time due to iPad, last one. That is good looking wood grain.

Thought it was a really cool thing. Home made as well, his dad puts them altogether. He selects the wood and makes pens as well.

Had and El Mejor the other night. No idea where I picked it up but it was a nice easy smoke with good mild flavor. Super nice draw. It cracked and started splitting about 2/3 of the way in but after looking them up I thought it was a pretty good cigar for the price (about $4). El Mejor - Cigars International

Seem to be cleaning out my odds and ends pile lately. Smoked a Padilla Series '68 that i got somewhere. Would like to find some more of these but seems like they were a limited edition or discontinued a few years back. Pretty tasty!

Hope you enjoy it! Jut puts off such a nice smell while smoking and good flavor in it as well.

Something about today was just not good for me. Felt kinda crappie throughout but had a nice, almost 2hr, session of tennis with my best friend.

Short story to close the night and a bike ride tomorrow.
