I'm from the snow belt in Cleveland, Tamas. I don't miss it. It was 81* F here today brother. Been in Las Vegas over 30 years.
I just flew in from Houston Friday and today was tough. Enjoy the sunshine! Ready for man cave. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That is a cool idea. And the fun part is smoking them all first!! I don't usually save cigar bands but I might have to start. I do have a container full of wine corks that I need to find something to do with. Might be a similar idea.
Just busted into my last box of these gems. No more to be found right now. Fortunately, I get to see my Cigar gal for tomorrow.
Hey guys I’ve been reading on the cigar forums already and need some input. I have a 10x10 room in the basement that already has a 80cfm bathroom type ceiling fan in it, 3” pipe vents to outside. It used to be the old owners model train room, I guess he needed to get fumes out. Should I: 1) spark up and see if family complains? 2) put in a 170cfm or 210cfm fan? 3) it’s impossible to do this cheaply and I will need air recovery and heat Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Jason, Here id the air cleaner I use in my office/cigar room. https://www.iqair.com/home-air-purifiers/gcmultigas For your cigar room, you will need a source of fresh temp controlled air, or you will create a low-pressure zone running the exhaust fan.
Thanks Marc I’m wondering if I have to remove the drop ceiling, spray foam insulate that room and seal it all, or just run a big enough exhaust fan, make sure my furnace can keep up and just suck the air from the rest of the house without killing us with gas fireplace fumes. I’ve seen an my friend has a $$$ cigar lounge. Same with home theatre with the sound proofing, stage and treatments. I’m looking for a cheap “I just hung a projector and bought a receiver” kind of smoking room, if that can exist, vs the $50k room. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I'm sure you can figure out a simple way to convert your basement room into a "Cigar Smoker's Fortress of Solitude". I understand you want to keep smoking over the winter without risking hypothermia. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Playing with my new fan. If my calculations are correct it’ll change out the air ever 4-5 minutes. I’ll make a Home Depot run tomorrow and try and hook it up! Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app

Hello to all the cigar smokers. I wanted to make a quick follow up post on the Romeo Y Julieta Edicion Limitada 2018 "TACOS" that I posted in #4869. First off, I am not a big fan of Churchill sized cigars for the most part. I much prefer larger ring gauge cigars from 52 to 56. This cigar is a definite exception for me. The young cigar is very complex and full tasting. The burn is exceptionally consistent with a great draw. I have been smoking one a day when I want a 45-minute cigar. Cut to the chase, earlier today I ordered five more boxes to lay down for the future. This cigar will only improve with some aging. It is my favorite Edicion Limitada that R Y J has ever produced IMHO. If you have an opportunity to pick some up, I highly recommend that you do. Image Unavailable, Please Login
