    Hi all,

New owner of a 360 here, and I'm still a bit cautious. In reading the owner's manual I noticed that the cigarette lighter is not supposed to be used for charging electronics. Does that include cell phones? Anyone use it for that purpose?

    Thanks for your help!

Welcome & enjoy - the charging thing is about putting electricity in not taking it out so go ahead with charging your phone as opposed to charging the car's battery

Of course, when the car is off there is not charge - unlike american cars - does not matter to me since I replaced my lighter with a button for my fire safety system - definitely don't want to push it by accident

    Ditto.

And it's a good thing that the cig lighter plug is not hot when the car is off. The batteries are so small on these cars.

I had to repair my ashtray when I bought my 360 because it was broken around the outer frame and also the inside piece that acts as a hinge for the top cover piece. I didn't buy a new one (~400.00) but just glued the old one back together. It seems a little fragile to me so I leave it alone as much as I can. I charge my phone at home and use Bluetooth for Pandora radio, that way I don't have to open and close the ashtray cover.
