The first time I ever asked a question on FChat I was impressed with how many people knew a really obscure car called the Serenissima P538 (not a Bizzarrini) and had posted pictures. Now after finding a Cisitalia coupe picture in my archive, I recalled when I was on the 8th floor of a building at Wayne State University on Cass AVe. in Detroit 50 years ago and looked down to see a Cisitalia coupe parked in the snow. I was wondering in retorspect, who owned that car, whether he or she became a prominent engineer in the auto industry, which I would hope they did if they had the far-sightedness to own such a rare car (and drive it in the winter!) even then. It was red. Oh, I knew it was a Cisitalia when lateron I went down to the lot and looked at the name on the car.

I am betting another old codget like me remembers the car...
