    ...not only do we have the priviledge of paying for this thing and break all our finger nails trying to get the one from the previous year off, it seems this year the city royally screwed the pooch: They just extended the dead line. I'm still waiting for my sticker, which btw is an even lamer design than the previous years.

    Another reason for AV plates: the sticker last for 3 years

    Heck, anything from year 1995 or older that has passed since Feb '07 doesn't have to get tested either. Time for a cat bypass on my '93 Carrera 4? :)
