I got nailed in France a week ago. The cop told me if I had of been doing 50 kph over then he would have taken my license. Luckily it was only a fine. Btw, they are some of the best driving roads and relatively empty, but expensive because of tolls. "F" the French and I've already switched to "Freedom Fries."

Yea, that's what I was thinking but I got a government receipt and he showed me the table of fine charges. It wasn't like a TJ(Tiajuana) deal. I was just glad that it was only euros and not something more drastic
