I can tell you what I know and I hope it helps.
For one, my 1999 355 F1 Serie Fiorano is presently being serviced there. I have not seen it since I dropped it off but will add to this thread when I do.
They have kept me updated each step of the way on my service.
They appear to CARE and show a GREAT love and respect for the car and Ferrari as a whole. They take time to get to know you and your family and appear EAGER to welcome you into there family.
The facilities and faculty are pristine. The work areas are seperated into divisions of mechanical, body, paint, interior restoration and leather work. They have leather material to work on almost any Ferrari. The staff seems extremely competent and each individual seems to have a specialty. I would compare this to a hospital where a doctor is a general practitioner then goes into his area of expertise. I found no attitudes, shortness or hurry up and out. As a matter of fact before we ever talked about my car we got to know each other over a DELICIOUS espresso. (There coffee is imported from Italy)

If you have not been to visit them you are in for a REAL treat when you do. They have Ferrari's that one would only dream of ever seeing in a museum. They seem to be very open, honest and up front and treat you like a customer that they want back.

Next Saturday, the 30th of April they are having an open house and tech session in conjunction with Ferrari Club of America.

Presently they are running a number of different specials and seem to be reasonably priced.
I intend on having my 2004 360 Challenge Stradale worked on by them when it needs it.
    All the best,
    B

I had them do a PPI for me a few years ago. Didn't end up buying the car as we couldn't agree on a price, but I was very satisfied with the service I got as far as the PPI was concerned.

IIRC, they maintain a number of challenge cars and my local mechanics (Competizione here in the DC area) recommend them and told me me to use Classic Coach for the PPI.

    Hope this helps.

Are they not also a Ferrari factory authorized repair facility for body work?? I believe the majority of Fcars coming into the US get their touch up paint work done there after shipping.

They are very good just expensive. Depending where you are located there are others who are just as good and more reasonable
