I believe it was 1971 or 72 when Lee Maas opened Classic BMW. Our office was right across 75 at the little building that is now Anchor Paint. My dad bought a 1973 Bavaria White w/blue interior, and that was the smoothest 6cyl I had ever driven. Was driven away from my wedding in it. Going full circle, I just bought a 91 850I from my next door neighbor. Dallas car, 88k 6 speed with a brand new paint job ( dark red/tan). I know I'm at high risk of breakage and bills, but thankfully the original owner had the extended warranty, and was diligent about keeping everything working. Will post pics when I get back in town.

The building that housed classic BMW - Classic Ferrari - Ferrari of Richardson - Ferrari of Dallas is now classic BMW again but they left the Ferrari logo on the front door. The more things change the more they stay the same.
