    A co-worker of mine recently had to go to England on business, to Luton, to be precise, and he stayed at a hotel in the neighboring village of Harpenden. Little did he realize that he would be there at the same time as a major annual British car show called "Classics on the Common" that was limited to 1200 entries!

    As he is what I would call a "semi-enthusiast", he took advantage of the situation and took over 300 photos, which he has allowed me to post. Here are the first of his Ferrari photos, and as you can see, it's quite a turnout, including an F50:

    I'll put the whole lot in a Photobucket folder and put the link here when I get a round tuit. Meanwhile, as a parting shot, here's a Vauxhall Cresta PA, surely one of the most "American-looking" British cars of the '50s:

    I thought the proportions at the rear looked a bit strange, but thought that might have been due to the wide-angle focal length he was shooting at.

    No RHD F50s were produced, except the ones for the Sultan... :)
