I don't understand a website that advertises vehicles that have been sold, and in most circumstances in excess of 2 years. Most, about 90%, of this site are sold. He still advertises a Miura on this site that sold 2 years ago and even the dealer/showroom has been closed for over a year. ?????????????????????????????
Hi all, I must admit I visited Ferraribuy and Classicscars once in a while. But the original question still stands: is the info correct?? What I understand is that a person/persons that copy/pasts so much car ads for FerrariBuys.com would do the same with copyrighted material as well for Classicscars.com. And having those already sold cars on their site I would suspect it's nice to have high end cars for sale on your site, it looks good, there's only a minority that knows the car isn't available anymore. Ferrarbuy: http://realbig.com/pipermail/detomaso/2004-October/047953.html Registrant: PHIL, OLCZYK 20b cantecroy braine l halleud, 1420 BEL Domain Name: CLASSICSCARS.COM
OLCZYK is an equally controversial character...simply posting his name here will probably get everyone who reads the post into trouble. http://forums.atlasf1.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=70342&highlight=OLCZYK
I've seen more than one of my cars suddenly appear for sale on Ferrari Buy, even though they are not for sale - it's a little unnerving, actually. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
thanks for the info guys, but nobody answer to my original question, is the info in this vin number database correct ? Looks there is much controversy about this Mr Olccyk, but that's not suprising when you read some cars history like the famous GT40 1012, and when you know the value of these cars. The actuals owners of this car (there are 2 gt40-1012 !!!) have recently built there own website to claim the authenticity their own gt40, www.gt40-1012.com the original www.fordgt40-1012.com the copy It is crazy to see how owners of replicas or reproductions are trying to give more value to their cars... So in my opinion it is useful to have this kind of info available on the net, thanks for your opinions, samer
You've got to be kidding. Are you suggesting that some guys who restore questionable piles of parts with no serial number stampings or serial number tags will go to great lengths at convincing others that their "restoration" is something more than just a glorified kit car? Who would have thought that?
why are those car not refused to enter major classic events like TOur Auto, Le Mans Classic, Goodwood... we pay a lot of money to see those car on the track, 25% of them are fake... i have no problem with replica as long as they are announced as.
Hello, as I saw, my name is very well known on internet and I cannot please everybody as when 2 cars have the same chassis number like GT 40 1012, both fight to have the real one but only one is right, the other one will badmouth me everywhere, now, if you known a better free website with so much infos, I will be please to see it. By being a journalist and by making a free website, some people are jalous, other angry because, I don t publish theirs idioties, but most of them are happy. To critic me, it s easy, by making the same website, it s very difficult, I respect every opinion, but the opinion that I respect the most are from the man who have done the same work as me ( This one known are hard is to make such a work ) Before critic me, please show me what you have done and publish for free on internet, after I will be glad to compare our works .
