360 Seats have Gloss Carbon Backs, F430 Seats have Matte Carbon Backs, just another way to look. But, essentially they're the same with different leather as mentioned.

As you should be! These are extremely hard to find. I sourced a pair in the UK for my Friend, it was about 9000GBP from what I recall about. I'm still kicking myself for passing over a set that was in Japan for about 6.5K USD Shipped a while back.

    What's next for the car?

Are you considering stripping out all the carpet and insulation ?? If so I think I may still have a extra set of CS race matts . You knock off another 60 pounds or so !
Not to mention looks bad ass no carpet and painted satin black you can see the Aluminum welding looks like a stack of dimes and also all the rivets.
That how the CS comes from the factory but guessing you already no that ? , I used Industrial Imron satin black better than pouter coating imho.

So when I found this real challenge part some one had cut a hole for the ebrake level. I didn't move mine. I'm gonna come up with a trim piece in carbon to cover the hole.
Real challenge cars didn't have a ebrake. Its a little ruff but has some cool character that I love.
