Hey Mr. Salmon, I need your Carbon-Seats. 30lbs rails included (about 13,5kg ) per seat that means 7...8 kg less weight per seat ( OEM seat : 21 kg per seat rail included ). What is your price ? Andi
Hey guys, I will admit to being a computing functional (barely) illiterate. I have about 30 pictures that I took yesterday of my 355 spider that i think look pretty cool. How do I send them so they can appear in this thread. Could someone send instructions? I'd like to contribute to this thread. Thanks, Sean
Andi - That is one nice 355. All the right stuff - Speedlines, killer brakes, and it's a manual red/black GTS. I do recommend the seats, but mine are not for sale. There was a thread about them a few months back. The factory ones are ridiculously expensive. There are similar ones form other companies (Sparco) that offer the same look and weight at a much better price. -J.

This is my 95 355 spider that I bought in June from a fellow f-chatter. Car has had it's major, valve guides, etc taken care of and hyper flows added. I have spent the summer driving it and freshening the interior. It had 16K miles on it when i got it - now over 19K and it has been a blast. I drive it almost daily. All of the things that I have done to it has been through f-chat sponsors or from tips from other f-chatters. Thanks for all of the help. It's been fun getting this how I wanted it. WOW!! Carbon showcase!!! Has you interior been redone??? I have not seen piping on the seats in a 355.....
Hey OZ, Thanks for the help in posting the pictures. I did redo the the interior. It was, you know, 11 years old and it was kinda beat. Normal stuff - dash shrink, faded carpets, bolster wear and sticky parts. We took off all of the gummy sticky stuff, painted it flat black and covered alot of it with the carbon pieces. I wanted the piping added when we re did the seats - I like it - hopefully not too pimped. Replaced the leather on the dash and instrument pod. I also replaced the carpet with black wool instead of the stock tan and added the aluminum pedals.
That is why it looks so good!!! I like that wool !! You did a great job with the color coordination too!!
I know the voting hasn't started yet but from what I have seen so far your car will get my vote. Thanks for sharing.
