Any posts or instructions on properly cleaning the engine bay on a 348?

I want to make it all shiny and new looking again?

Yes, you remove the engine, and then you get in here and clean everything.
This is one of the reasons for Major services.

You clean your engine every 4-6 years? I like to do it more often than that.

I am particularly fond of Castrol Super Clean for engine cleaning. I've used it on all of my cars for at least the last 15 years.

However, you need to be careful and not let it set too long on bare aluminum. If you spray it off within an hour, it's no problem. It works wonderfully on plastic and rubber.
