Any advice on cleaning the rear-end of a GranSport? The area behind the mesh grille between the exhaust pipes is beautifully painted. However after a couple of thousand miles, its become a collection of small stones & pebbles.

Does anyone know of a relatively easy way to remove the debris and clean the painted surface? I've tried high water hose pressure through the grille, but there are still several pebbles lodged. Plus, the painted sureface is very dirty.

I'd hate to have to remove the grille (don't even know how it comes off).

    Advice please. Thanks!!!

I share your frustration, I just ignore it.
Nice pic though! Looks great in brilliant yellow.

    Same issues.
I would like to get rid of the screen too.

If you slide under the car sideways a bit, you can probably reach that area from the back.
Right in front of the spare tire well.

A soft detailing brush may work as well.

I use a shop vac with the long small detail tip attachement. It fits between the grill grates and gets most of what collects there.
