I just acquired my first Ferrari, and have a bit of a learning curve.

It needs to be washed and detailed.

Any suggestions / links to the best way to wash and detail a F-car?

I am mainly worried about scratching the paint with a wash mit or drying towel.

    Thanks.

    Congrats on the new purchase!

    What is your location, Mr.V?

Take a read of my 'safe-wash guide' that I put together some time ago. Although a little dated now, it still reads near enough the same - Safe-Wash Guide.

Also the "Pamper-Pack" page on my Aftercare page may be of interest.

    Hope this helps for now.

for washing you need to learn about:

    Two bucket method
    Leaf blow dry
MF towel and QD wipe down

Do not use the same bucket for the rims as you do the exterior, get a separate bucket for rims.

    that's just for starters.
