I own a black 2008 f430 spider which has a clear bra on half of the hood. While washing the car I must have rubbed too hard while trying to remove some bug residue and "scratched" the bra leaving streaks that look pretty bad. I didn't put the bra on - it came with the car so I don't know what make it is.
Is it possible to polish it out without damaging the bra itself? (Having it professionally detailed) or just replacing it? I plan to sell the car within the next 6 months so any advise would be appreciated.

Have used Lexan/plastic rear window polish in the past with decent outcome, however it is very time consuming. Very easy to mair the plastic also. Personally it isn't worth the trouble so I would have a professional installer look at the scratches and make suggestions.

I used Xpel on my 360 which fortunately is scratch and swirl proof. However, from speaking to film installers they say you should not polish paint film, it heats up much faster than clear coat and can melt making the scuff even worse. Depending on how bad it is, you can try waxing it to see if that covers it up. A very mild polishing may work if you know what you are doing. I guess the worst that can happen is you ruin it and then just replace it.

Try Klasse All in One. No experience with it in this application but it will remove mild swirls without abrasives.

I've try a couple of the ideas posted above. Nothing really worked. I just had mind done again. last time lasted about 18 months before it looked bad. Hoping to get the same this time. Cost was about 900 for the whole front end, door siles, in front of the rear wheels and the two mirrors. less than a paint job.
